Eve Stratafyre
Eve Stratafyre, going by a plethora of nicknames, arrived at the Island in late spring of 2005. She became rather attached to Fujiko, who helped her kick her Opium habit for quite some time, before her profession called her away for over a year. She has returned, however, as of June 2006.

Physical Description
Eve doesn't necessarily stand out, upon first view. She doesn't wear clothing that flaunts, and is rather low key. She has brunette hair down to her mid back, and a very light pallor, although not quite so bad as when she was addicted to Opium. Her eyes stand out, but only if you pay particularly close attention. Her irises contained three separate circles of colour. A heavy ring of dark azure formed the outside ring, a thin band of forest green in the middle and a dark brown about her pupil. Usually, she wears a deep forest green lipstick that just further the sense of unease around her. A small feathering of freckles covers her nose and cheekbones, her left eyebrow being pierced three times to facilitate a looping of red wire that creates an "XX" effect. Additionally, her left ear is pierced three times. Once through the lobe, and twice in the cartiledge.
In general, she tends to wear high collared shirts and slacks, but can sometimes be seen in her "Work" clothes, of a military nature.
History
Although much of Eve's history is unrecorded by the world at large, and repressed by Eve herself, she had a fairly normal upbringing. Her parents both being Basque, living in exile in the general Orleans area of France. Tracing her lineage back to, supposedly, Atlantis, Eve was recruited at an extremely early age for her capacity to use a form of Magic aligned very specifically to her familial line. As a Basque National, she is seen as somewhat of a hero in her "homeland", and as an International Terrorist to the world at large.
Preferring the term "Political Assassin", Eve tends towards ruining reputations and tearing the political platform out from under the opposition. However, she has been known to kill those that simply wouldn't submit. Her arsenal of magic is flavored with deception and illusion, making her a formidable enemy even in actual combat. Ironically, even with the tremendous bounty on her head, she ended up attached at the hip to Hunter, the most infamous Bounty Hunter on Yuriba.
Current Events
As of right now, Eve owns and operates L'Heure Verte, a Wine and Absinthe shop, which also contains her moderate one room apartment above. More often than not, however, she can be found at Leona's Bar and Girl. She has entirely given up her career in Spring Hunting, and will now have nothing to do with any of them. Hunter's increasingly long absence has effectively rendered Strats single once again.
One may also see Eve's time-travelling grandmother, Chance, from time to time.
