Don't really like this, but not sure of a better/neater phrasing - Maybe Sparta will have some idea?

- Combination of rather awkward phrasing, and the entire first two sentences strike me, as odd because they seem to hint that we _shouldn't_ have fauna. Also, farking snuggling squirrels, which I loathe, but that's not a fault of the article. Whee, grumpy breis!
- Anyway, why not include the intelligent races and animals in the same entry? Frankly, races are just as much a form of 'Fauna', and 'Fauna' is just another term for 'Zoology'. We're creating aritifical divisions here that shouldn't exist. --breisleach 05:26, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
