Rose

Rose Miran first came to Yuriba in October of 2002, the result of a prank pulled by her former high school classmates and track teammates. They had jokingly given her a one-way ticket to the village and resort because of her inclinations, but she decided to use it despite the reasons why it was given to her, and she wound up becoming a resident there.

It was soon after her arrival that she met Rianna, and the two started seeing each other since their meeting. This relationship eventually led to marriage, and they remained spouses for a time. However, stresses built up and tempers gradually flared between the two of them, leading to a messy breakup of their marriage. After a time, she became more involved with Asuka, a mutual friend of hers and Rianna's, and after Asuka's own marriage dissolved, Rose and Asuka eventually married each other.

However, the second marriage was not fated to be a rosy one either. While she remains married to Asuka, Asuka has opted to travel abroad and has been absent for several long stretches (the last time Asuka had been seen in Yuriba was in December of 2006). Asuka's long absences and various holiday-related stresses had driven Rose into a more hermetic lifestyle for a long while, straining the friendships she had made over the years in Yuriba.

However, she has been making more of an effort to be more social in recent days. Also, owing to the fact that both she and Asuka had agreed to an open relationship from the start, she's been seeking comfort and company in others again. She can often be seen visiting Leona's Bar and Girl due to her friendship with Leona McAllistre, as well as the main Hot Spring area. While she has yet to take a more active role in Yuriban affairs like her first wife, who knows what the future holds?
