Pinwheel Roses
Pinwheel roses are not actually of the genus Rosa. These flowers are capable of a unique form of anemosynthesis: the blossoms of these flowers spin in the wind (hence the name pinwheel). They store the electropotential energy generated by this motion in chemical form, in starches. The leaves and stem tend to be a blue-grey color, while the flowers themselves come in many colors, including several multi-colored varieties.
