Fox-Human

Fox-Human is a name given to those people who show fox-traits; the most common being fox ears and a tail. The most common type of fox-human on Yuriba are those created by the Hunyanniichuan spring or Fox-girl spring, but there are native fox-humans on the island as well along with natural fox-human immigrants. They're considered one of the demi-human races on the island.

Physical Description

Generally there is no set description for fox-humans, though the most common feature is someone having fox ears and a tail. Their fur color can variety across the entire spectrum though usually they're found in normal orange or orange-red, reds, browns, blacks and whites. Size of the ears and tail vary as well but usually are more or less "normal" sized.

Fox-Humans in Yuriba

Fox-Humans are definitely one of the signature species on the island. The majority, as mentioned, are created from the Fox-girl spring though some have been known to be natural fox-girls and come to the island as immigrants. Fox-humans usually only have the outward appearance of a fox, but that's not always the case. Some develop similar senses to that of a fox as well as other attributes. While the Fox-girl spring is considered one of the hardest springs to find it does seem to be a popular form to take. Unlike the native Kitsune, Fox-humans do not gain multiple tails nor do they gain magical powers from the Fox-girl blessing. Also, while non-Jusenkyou created fox-humans may produce a fox-human baby, typically those that come from the fox-girl spring produce children of their natural form.
