The story of 'Circle Nine'
One would look at Cirno and think she might be an intense anime fan who dyes their hair and wears fake wings. The fact is, they're real wings. And she's not carrying around an AC. She -is- one. She has the ability to fly, though at a slow speed, it's still good transportation. She even has the power to adjust the temperature around her, the lowest she can put off is 30 degrees.
