Underhill Apartments

The Underhill Tree Estates, more commonly known as the Underhill Apartments, are a set of tree house style apartment homes located at the very northern end of Day Lily Lane. Owned and operated by breisleach, the apartments are technically a part of Underhill, and are often the average village citizen's sole contact with where the native population originates. However, the apartments are separate from the rest of Underhill, and it is not possible to access Underhill proper from there. Being a part of the more magical realm of Underhill gives the apartments perhaps one of their more distinctive features, the trees are located in a place where the climate stays a comfortable, balmy state year round despite the season and temperature in Yuriba Village.

A main clearing leads to four distinct, immensely large trees; the Weeping Willow, Sequoia, Beech, and Elm Trees. Each tree is large enough to hold ten of the tree houses, the houses set within the tree branches without giving any sort of discomfort or distress to the tree. Each tree also has a private pool at it's base for the tenants and their friends, the pools decorated with distinct themes different from each other.

The main clearing also holds a directory of the tenants, as well as a model apartment for any interested renters to use to examine the various apartment features and highlighting the various layouts, from a studio apartment all the way up to four bedrooms. A rent box is also located there.
