Khada

Khada has been in Yuriba for a very long time but has generally kept to herself. Her former life made any sort of relationships not just difficult but dangerous and she's been spending the last several years getting used to the idea of being able to put down roots. She occasionally leaves the island for long stretches while she takes jobs, which she generally refuses to discuss in any detail, but they're obviously related to her days as a mercenary or her brief period working as a bounty hunter.

Appearance

Almost any time of the year she wears one of her many black tanktops, each of which bears a different phrase for her different moods. She tends to prefer jeans and her hiking boots to anything else, and in cooler weather she wears either a long leather coat or a thick suede bomber jacket, but all summer long she sticks to functional, not overly flattering clothing.

She has long red hair that is often left loose around her face. Her bangs are grown long and partially obscure the black eyepatch she wears over her right eye. Many scars cover her body, including a small one left on her face just below her eyepatch, but she doesn't seem to be overly conscious of them. She won't discuss where they came from, but neither does she do anything to hide any of them except her patch.

Notes

Often seen around the spring, she vacillates between quiet and morose to garrulous and silly bordering on nonsensical. It often takes a great deal to pull her out of her shell, but once she feels comfortable around someone, she does her best to maintain her relationships. She is emotional, easily hurt, easily angered but just as quick to cool off, which can make for some difficult moments, but she is also slowly learning that not everyone reacts the same way as her and that she needs to respect that other people take longer to get over things.
