Jenn was an Langnyanniichuan blessed young woman, about eighteen years of age. Non-native to Yuriba, Jenn was deposited on the island shortly after her partner Ella, and has since made the island her home.

Physical Description
Jenn's body gives her a bit of an older look, the woman looking like she's used to a life of hard work, her muscles very well developed, but not to a body builder state. Her skin is very dark, not so much a tan as she's just a dark color, her hair a slightly startling contrast of blond. Her blessing has kept up this coloring, chocolate brown fur on her ears and tail, with a streak of lighter color crowning the top of her tail. Her skin, hair and eye color, while they may seem unusual to some, are simply trademark features of her people.
Personality
Initially a bit cold to people, Jenn is somewhat wary of people she doesn't know. Very protective of Ella, she tends to view any new people suspiciously, only soothed when Ella says it's okay. Determined and occasionally stubborn, Jenn is a little difficult to approach at first because of her defensive nature, but at heart is a very kind young woman, willing to give the shirt off her back to help people, though she does have her limits; she wont give away so much as to be unable to survive, or keep Ella safe.
Very self sufficient and a skilled survivalist, Jenn is very stubborn and unlikely to easily accept help in the things that she does, having lived a life where the only things that were really worth it were things that one did themselves. She's even more reluctant to accept items and help from people than Ella is, thinking herself unable to easily trade or return the favor as Ella may be with her fishing skills. Being as self sufficient as she is, she seems reclusive, spending her days working and nights alone with Ella.
Biography
Before Yuriba
The only one who really knows about Jenn's past before living on Yuriba would be her partner Ella, and Ella doesnt seem to completely know everything herself. An orphan living on the streets of Luca, one of the few cities where her people were accepted before the fall of Sin, Jenn lived alone, each day focused on survival. Her life changed fairly drastically one rainy night when she found Ella in an alleyway, taking her in and finally starting to live for someone other than herself. The two girls squeezed an alright life out for themselves, Ella fishing and Jenn doing odd jobs before she was old enough to work on the docks. Stubbornly working through some rough periods of time, she and Ella determined to make a good life for themselves.
Life on Yuriba
Large events in Jenn and Ella's life were usually heralded by something like a thunderstorm, or something big happening elsewhere and not directly in their lives. Being sent to Yuriba, however, was completely different, and fairly well out of the blue. Taking a nap in the sun on a beach in Luca one moment, and finding herself in the wading pools the next, Jenn quickly found Ella, who was a fair bit more frantic than the Al-bhed, the strange inconsistencies of time between Yuriba and other places showing that Ella was on the island for a day before Jenn arrived. She and Ella both considered themselves dead and having passed to their world's afterlife, this thought giving Jenn a greater calm than she usually would have exhibited, happy as long as she was with 'her girl'. Finally convinced that she were alive by those who Ella had met and begun to befriend, she and Ella settled into the guest apartment at the Woodland Retreat with breisleach's hospitality, and begun to adjust to her new life on the island with Ella.
Briefly suffering the same dreams that Ella did that were given by the pyrefly, Jenn generally let the happenings tied to it pass, as long as it didn't threaten her partner. When events revolving about the pyrefly came to a head and did affect Ella in a way she didn't fancy, Jenn displayed a fair bit more of her protective nature, seeking out and receiving the Langnyanniichuan blessing after Ella received her own, both to better protect her mate, and to better meld with and fit on the island.
Given permission by breisleach to build a home on the island housing the retreat, Jenn has recently poured virtually all of her attention and time into learning how to build, and going about building, a small one room log cabin for herself and Ella, using the items and supplies which were gotten by Ella in trades with villagers. Reluctantly accepting some help from the dragoness Atara, the woman convincing the young teenager that she is in debt to Ella for the help the batgirl gave her and it's the least that she could do, Jenn has gotten a one room shelter finished for the winter. Plans to extend the cabin have been put upon hold, though the pair seem pretty content with the cabin the size that it's at. Having fallen in with a few of the natives who make their living fishing, Jenn has joined one of the fishing boats as her day job, and is often off island for short periods of time doing so.
Summer of 2011 proved to be Jenn's last year of life with Ella; the summer's strong storms and rains claimed her life along with several others in a boating accident while fishing when a strong storm formed before they could return to the safety of shore.
Relationships
Hopelessly in love with Ella, Jenn likely has never even briefly thought of giving any of her heart to another. Due to the amount of time she has spent working on the cabin, she's not very close to anyone aside from her partner, having only a casual friendship with those who Ella calls friends, still holding a bit of caution regarding even them. The time spent working with Atara has likely formed the strongest friendship, and she has great respect for breisleach for all of the help the woman has given her and Ella. Being largely isolated from the island at large doesn't seem to bother her in the least, though, as long as she's with Ella, she's pretty complete and happy.
