Saito Hitomi was a relatively young kitsune woman originally from the Chiba prefecture of Japan. Though slightly over six decades old, for a kitsune, she was quite young, and was most similar in emotional and physical maturity to a woman in her mid twenties. She moved to Yuriba in mid-November of 2005, and owned a home to the north of the village center since December of 2005, where she lived with her wife, Naomi Saito.
