History
Britain
Ginevra Weasley was born in Britain. She is the youngest of seven red-headed siblings, and the only girl in the household apart from her doting mother.
Hogwarts
At the age of 16, Ginny is in her sixth and penultimate year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where she is a member of the Gryffindor house. She is a Chaser on the house quidditch team, and is also involved in several extracurricular clubs as a part-time member, including the herbology club, the dualling club, and the dance club. In addition, she is an reluctant member of the Slug Club.
Yuriba
Ginny originally was sent to Yuriba by the school to study its magic. She liked it so much that after she was forced to return home, she set up an off-the-charts floo network between Hogsmeade and her house in Yuriba. She uses it to travel back and forth between the school and Yuriba during the school year. During school breaks, she's at Yuriba even more often.
Relationships
Family
Ginny's parents, Molly and Arthur, and her six brothers, Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred, George, and Ron, are all witches and wizards and all reside in England.
Hogwarts
Ginny's closest friend, Hermione, has not yet traveled to Yuriba with her. They are purely platonic, much to Ginny's chagrin. Ginny has had relationships with a number of boys from Hogwarts, including Michael Corner, Dean Thomas, Neville Longbottom, and Harry Potter, but none have lasted long. Nobody outside of Yuriba knows about her bisexuality.
Yuriba
Ginny has dated several people, but has yet to find someone long-term.
OOC Stuff
Most of the Harry Potter series canon doesn't apply to this Ginny. Indeed, the books that have been published starring her and her friends are mostly fictional, made up by some British author. Ginny is mostly amused by this, though she can become a little annoyed when people constantly ask her about the adventures the book claims she's been through.
