Epiphany Rose is a fairly recent addition to the island. First having appeared there almost a year ago, she was almost totally reclusive until very recently. She's been seen wandering almost aimlessly around the island, though recently she's taken to spending time at Leona's Bar & Girl. She's also hosted a card party during the Matsuri.
She lives at the Riverview Apartments with her companion and secretary Juliana.

Appearance
Epiphany seems to be around 30, but sometimes her eyes seem much much older. Her manner is a bit stiff and formal, and her posture is perfect. She moves with a distinct aura of control and intention. Always impeccably dressed, her grooming leaves nothing to be desired.
Personality
Epiphany is well mannered, genteel and polite, prefering to use sarcasm when the case calls for it, rather than more crass behaviors. She's friendly and an interesting conversationalist once within her circle of confidance. She prefers to keep people at arm's length, getting to know their character, before becoming involved socially. Some may find it cold and standoffish that she waits to get on a first name basis, but she means no insult. Occasionally she will use a word in a strange language or an odd mannerism. But it's something she will not explain even if pressed.
Biography
Epiphany is the daughter of Martin Rose, an American chemical engineer and his wife Evaline Dinsel Rose, of Cornwall. Her mother had been an instructor at an English finishing school when she met her husband, who at that time, was working for British Petroleum. Soon after Epiphany was born, Martin took a job stateside for a considerable increase in salary.
She was a precocious child, easily engaging in conversation with adults, yet always seemed alienated amongst her peers, save a few here and there. She discovered though along the way, a certain ability to sweep younger children into her world and would invent grand games and pageants.
In her studies she was fairly average except that she excelled in science and natural history. She also was quite involved in Theater. Upon graduation at 17 she entered a well known Ivy League school on the East Coast where she thrived.
During the summer between her Sophomore and Junior year she decided to take a job in Boston, rather than return home. While working at a high end cosmetic and skin care store in Harvard Yard she was discovered by a scout for a modeling agent. Six weeks later she disappeared after leaving a modeling engagement.
A year ago she surfaced in Yuriba for a short while in the summer, after determining the Island was sufficient for her needs she disappeared once more, only to return once or twice until recently with her companion Juliana and her little sister, Vian.
