Artel is a weretiger who has lived in Yuriba since 2013. As of 2019 she's won the 47th annual Yuriban Hot Dog Eating Contest, setting the record at a whopping 92 dogs and is the champ for the third year in a row.

As of 2019 she and Thanos are no longer in a relationship, due to his events off-island in 2019's 'Avengers: Endgame'. 2B from Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn: Heavensward: Stormblood: Shadowbringers consoled her after this relationship ended and the two quickly became pregnant with cyborg tiger children. Their names are 3C and Caroline the Meowin' Battlebot. As of the end of summer, Artel has begun to learn senjustu so she can one day unlock sage mode, in the hopes of being powerful enough to defeat Madara Uchiha when he attacks the island.
